In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top Maps and Navigation apps on the Android platform in Peru showed notable trends. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared based on data from Sensor Tower.

Yango: taxi, food, delivery saw weekly downloads fluctuate, starting at around 51K and peaking at 59K mid-April before settling to approximately 46K by the end of June. The app maintained a robust weekly active user base, hovering around 1.1M to 1.2M throughout the quarter.

inDrive. Rides with fair fares experienced consistent download rates, ranging from 43K to 47K weekly. Active users remained strong, averaging around 2.5M, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic recorded steady weekly downloads, typically between 14K and 19K. Active user numbers varied, starting at 991K and reaching over 1M in mid-June, before declining to 836K by the quarter's end.

Phone Tracker and GPS Location showed a peak in downloads in mid-April with 24K, but this dropped significantly to just 2K by early June. Active users also saw a decline from 53K to 39K by the end of June.

Uber - Request a ride maintained stable weekly downloads around 10K to 11K. The app's active user count started at 908K, dipped during April, and ended the quarter close to 758K.
